Speaker Terry Fehr Terry was a long time pupil of popular Winnipeg technician Amel Kostenyk. Amel did a multi-year daily technical report on Winnipeg radio and was widely followed. After Amel's Passing, Terry continued to develop Amel's work. "Glossary" included. This is a "dont miss" presentation for serious technical students.
