Topic - A Systematic Approach to Stacking the Odds in your Favour using Relative Strength

Tim uses a "Weight of Evidence" approach to analyze the markets.  This consists of analyzing Direct Price Action, Market Breadth and Relative Strength.

Bio:
Tim is a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, a self directed investor and trader who has managed is own portfolio for over 10 years.  Tim is  the Director if the Independent Investor Institute (i3) Investment Research Lab (IRL).  Tim also is the Director of the i3 Portfolio Management Signal Room.  He is working working towards his CMT Level 1 and Level 2 certification.
